I got to run into him today. He was in town signing autographs for his Crystal Head vodka. I got a moving-picture show with him, only unfortunately he took them all sitting downwards since he was signing autographs. When he starting time arrived though he was standing beside my friend at one point who is 5'11 and Aykroyd looked to take about an inch and a half on him, so I would approximate him at about 6'0.5 at present. The photograph from Jacob Dec '09 below where he claims Murray is wearing regular shoes and Aykroyd boots is incorrect. Murray has his pants legs over his boots and Aykroyd's tucked in. Also, Aykroyd has his caput tilted downward so it is obvious that they are almost the verbal same height.

No way is Aykroyd 6'2. He was only 6'1 at his peak and so was Bill Murray. The difference is Neb Murray has great posture and Dan slumps a lot. If yous're to believe Dan is half dozen'2, that would make Steve Martin over 6ft. John Processed was 6'2, although he could look shorter due to his hunched back.

Yes. Aykroyd is a fleck taller than 185cm. In "The Temple of Doom" Airport-Scene (Lao Che), he is clearly taller than a 183cm-184cm Harrison Ford AT THIS Time (1980's). Non quite vi'two (188cm), but a 186cm-187cm.

In "Dragnet" he was clearly taller than Tom Hanks when he stood up straight, then if Hanks was 6ft and so he must take been six'ane. Him and Bill Murray were extremely close in height on SNL.
